Privacy Policy
How information is handled at RealPickLab.
Effective November 5, 2026. This policy covers realpicklab.com, operated as RealPickLab.
Information you provide
Our contact form collects your name, reply email, topic and message. We use that information to handle your request, investigate corrections and respond when appropriate. No email address is displayed publicly. Do not send passwords, financial details or sensitive personal information.
Technical information
Cloudflare hosts this website and processes network information such as IP address, requested page and security signals to deliver and protect the service. Contact submissions use a one-way hash of a network address for short-term abuse limits. We do not intentionally collect precise location or create advertising profiles.
Storage and retention
Contact messages are stored in a private Cloudflare D1 database accessible to the site operator. The application deletes submissions older than 90 days during subsequent contact activity. Short-term abuse counters expire after one day. Provider backups and security records may follow separate provider retention schedules.
Cookies and analytics
We store your cookie preference locally in your browser. No optional analytics or advertising trackers are currently enabled. Search runs within the website and does not create a server-side search history. Read our Cookie Notice.
Sharing and external links
We use Cloudflare as a hosting and processing provider. We do not sell contact messages. We may disclose information when legally required or necessary to protect the service. External manufacturers and shops operate their own privacy policies; following a link takes you outside this website.
Your choices
You may request access, correction or deletion of contact information through the contact form. Include enough context to identify the original message. Rights and legal grounds depend on your jurisdiction. You may clear local storage in your browser at any time.
Children and international processing
This publication is intended for general adult shopping research and is not directed at children under 13. Hosting and processing may occur outside your country. If you believe a child submitted personal information, contact us so we can address it.
Changes
Material changes will be reflected here with a revised effective date. Contact us with privacy questions through the dedicated Privacy topic on the form.
